If a customer starts a payable attempt BUT does not conclude it (exits the App, turns off the phone, battery dead, etc), 14 days will be given to conclude such an attempt. Bet will be considered ‘Lost’ after 14 days.
If a customer has changed devices between the first attempt and second attempt, he/she must conclude the first session in the previous device to be able to continue playing Sporty Soccer on the new device.
If a customer is unable to conclude the first session on the previous device, it is possible for the SportyBet team to terminate the previous game session. Do not hesitate to contact Customer Care for any support required in this regard.
